Ian’s journey in organisational development began with a commitment to support clinical and adjacent businesses in the optometry sector, in which he worked for nearly 30 years. More recently, he has been supporting Third Sector organisations including international NGOs and charities, as well as working with professionals from many other sectors. Over the years, Ian has developed expertise in Operations development, startup support, performance management, and Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
