Starting a new business can be exciting and terrifying in equal measures. It can be a real challenge balancing the passion and belief in a new project with the harsh realities of the modern economy; more than 50% of small enterprises fail in the very first year, and more than 95% of small startups fail within the first five years. There are many keys to success in launching a business; but having me as your Coach support you through the journey increases your chance of achieving your goals. As an independent third party, I can share my experience, knowledge, skills and understanding with you at one of the most critical times in the life of your business. I can act as a sounding board, play Devil’s advocate, disrupt or redirect thinking, stimulate creative thinking and provide encouragement and positivity during stressful moments.

The Startup Launchpad™ is a three-month business support programme designed specifically for startups. Whether this is you first business or your twentieth; and whether your business is still barely an idea or already trading*, The Startup Launchpad™ has been designed to give you affordable access to consultant-level support, focused on your areas of greatest need, at times that suit you. The programme includes:

• three 45-60min Coaching sessions per month

• professional advice and practical support on three specific areas of business (per your choice)

• additional ad hoc support by text/email

You have the freedom to choose any three areas of business from a comprehensive list. These are the most common types of support required by startup businesses. If you’d like support on a business aspect that’s not listed, please don’t hesitate to ask.
